Tourist scam, no price displayed, we paid 40 dhs the ice cream and it was not even good, never again ....

Very unpolite and bad staff, who said one price and charge another. Ice-cream amazing.

It’s a ripping off charge and dishonest sales in Bluewaters branch!! There are 2 scoops of ice cream in a cone and it’s charged for dhs30!! The actual price is lesser than that. Cones were very old and tasted expired. Confronted the Indian sales lady but received no positive response nor average customer service. Definitely, I will not recommend this ice cream brand to anyone! Baskin Robbins and London Dairy are much better and honest in marketing.

Very expensive and inconsistent ice cream. I was ripped off when I ordered 1 scoop from their kiosk in Dubai Mall cinemas. There are many better alternative out there.

The ice cream is kind of mediocre... It does look nice, but the taste is not exactly what I'd call a good ice cream. Staff are ok, but not too service minded as I'm never offered a napkin - and there is always a pile of napkins next to the cashier. Good I use Botim so I eat 2 for 1 or else I wouldn't consider this ice cream brand...

Good tasting ice cream with variety of flavours from mango to pistachio which you can mix. Lady selling the cream was very sincere and kind and let us sample some of the ice cream before deciding. Good pace for desert after a meal

Horrible i asked for chocolate mms on my ice cream they gave me peanuts which I am allergic to I told then they didnt even replace it they just took it out however I still found peanuts inside. Will never reccommend this place

Is that serious? It's a normal ice cream stand in the middle of the mall. Quite unkind. That prices are not displayed, I noticed later, because what costs ice please. Since you do not necessarily look at the price. We took 2 waffles with once 1ne ball and once 2 balls. 70 AED tasted that. 70 !!! The spiders. Never again!!!!

Graet little gelato shop. We had the coconut and mango flavors, in waffle cone.Price and taste were both very good.

Be carefull people for the huge price of the oce cream. If you ask for price it will be below twenty per 2 scoop. But if you didn't ask. Then the price qill jump to 30 dhs from no where. It happened twice for me. Last year and this year also.

Crap

We have managed to stick two flavors in a single scoop because my husband wanted to try a different flavor and we din't feel like eating two scoops each (because the tiny food truck had no hot water to drink after having ice cream and we both have frequent throat problems). After buying, we regretted the decisions of not buying two scoops. We tried raspberry sorbet and bubblegum flavor and loved it so much. Will go more to try more from their flavors.
